COVID-19 Preparedness and precautions
To our valued customers, everyone we have helped, and those who rely on their mobile and computer technology to connect them to the world,
We know how important it is for our clients to trust that their devices are working properly, but now more than ever, it is just as important to know who is working ON your devices. You need to know that we are following best practices (which we are, and are constantly educating ourselves to further improve), and using the best parts (all highest quality new parts), but that those parts are safe, and have been delivered to you with every possible precaution taken.
While a lot of the parts come from China, and we interface with many clients every day, we are taking every possible measure to keep you safe, and your technology working properly.
We wanted to send out this notice to let you know that we will remain open at this time and we are taking the necessary extra precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Here are the measures we are taking at every one of our stores:
- Disinfecting devices immediately upon arrival
- Disinfecting regularly touched surfaces very frequently
- Disinfecting devices upon pick up
- Regularly using hand sanitizer in the store and the technician area
- Our mission is to save the environment, and provide all services sustainably, we will now also be carrying all-natural device disinfectant spray and hand sanitizing spray beginning Tuesday available for purchase
- Offering free (within 5k of the Spall location) curb side pick up and delivery weekday mornings and evenings
