Samsung has begun pre-orders across Canada through Future Shop and Best Buy locations, as well as on Samsung’s website. All the major Canadian carriers will be carrying the Galaxy Note 4; Telus, Videotron, Koodo, SaskTel, Bell, and WIND Mobile have already confirmed they’ll soon be offering the Galaxy Note 4 to their customers in Canada. You could also buy it unlocked from eBay and Amazon.
